Technology executive with global experience building organizations, products, and platforms that deliver real outcomes.
I'm a technology executive with more than two decades of experience across consulting, big tech, startups, and government. I've built and led large global organizations, managed budgets north of $500M, and supported businesses generating up to $3.5B in annual revenue.
I'm currently a Managing Director at Accenture Australia, responsible for complex delivery across Australia and New Zealand. Previously, I served as EVP and Chief Information Officer for FedNow at the Federal Reserve, where I built out the technology organization from scratch and led the launch of America's first new national payment rail in 50 years. FedNow launched a year early, on budget, and has since grown to more than 1,700 participating financial institutions.
Before the Fed, I led technology teams at Google, where I ran the gTech Flights organization across 8 global locations, drove $250M in direct revenue, more than $3B in indirect, and supported products reaching 60 million users. I've also held senior roles at Fletcher Building (as CIO), LivingSocial, and BearingPoint, working across industries from financial services to travel to e-commerce.
I'm originally from New Zealand, have lived and worked across the US, Australia, and Asia Pacific, and hold degrees from the University of Auckland, Georgia Tech (Cyber Security), and a project management certification from Stanford.
I care about building teams with strong culture, delivering with discipline, and finding the right technology approach for the problem at hand. I'm practical, cost-conscious, and focused on outcomes over process.
I live in Sydney, one of the most beautiful cities in the world with my wife, two kids and a dog. When I'm not doing nerdy things, I love reading, watching movies, and picking heavy things up, and putting them back down.
